Cooking has always been my most meaningful path of creativity, exploration, and joy. It’s how I care for myself and my loved ones—there’s nothing more nourishing than a lovingly prepared, healthful meal.

My cooking style centers around seasonal, nutrient-dense, and unprocessed foods. My approach is heavily inspired by my time living on the west coast, where I obtained my Masters of Science in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland. After finishing school, I spent an additional five years there as a nutrition-focused personal chef, immersing myself in the thriving local food scene. Along the way I learned how to cook for many diets, food sensitivities, and challenging health conditions.

We all struggle to eat well on our own. Most of us don’t have the time or energy to cook nourishing food, and it can be overwhelming to know where to begin. My goal is to make eating well feel easy and enjoyable. I proudly serve flavor-forward, healing meals and am honored to support my clients in feeling nourished and cared for.
