How It Works
Before each cook day, I’ll send you a menu totally customized to your tastes and health goals—all you have to do is choose your favorite options! On your cook day, I’ll arrive at your home with groceries in hand, ready to prepare a week’s worth of food. You’ll return home to a clean kitchen and delicious, nourishing meals.

After I review your intake form, we’ll have an in-depth conversation about your food preferences, health goals, and the specifics of service. We'll then schedule a brief in-person kitchen check so that I can get to know your space and which cooking tools you have. After that, we can get you on the calendar!

The week before your cook day, I’ll send a custom menu based on your tastes and health goals. This could include main dishes, breakfasts, snacks and/or desserts. You’ll choose your favorite options and I’ll get planning! Your menus will always be highly nutritious, seasonal and made with the best-quality ingredients.

On the morning of your cook day, I’ll grocery shop for your menu, selecting the best organic and seasonal ingredients. After arriving at your home, I’ll prepare your menu, package everything in glass containers, and thoroughly clean your kitchen using non-toxic products. You’ll return to a clean, happy kitchen and a week’s worth of delicious meals!
